Instructions for use :

Ceramic Shape should be inspected for cracks or damage before use and installed securely in a clean, dry filter housing. The ceramic component and surrounding housing should be preheated gradually to prevent thermal shock. Molten aluminium should then be introduced slowly and smoothly, avoiding direct impact or sudden temperature changes. During casting, maintain a stable metal flow to ensure effective filtration and prevent turbulence. Monitor the flow and filter condition throughout the operation, and replace the Ceramic Shape when filtration is complete or when excessive blockage reduces the flow
