Product Overview

Coatings are high-performance protective coatings developed for foundry and aluminium casting applications. They are applied to moulds, dies, crucibles, ladles and other surfaces that come into contact with molten metal. The coating forms a protective barrier between the molten aluminium and the working surface, helping reduce metal sticking, erosion, penetration and surface-related casting defects.

Instructions for use :

The surface should first be thoroughly cleaned and free from oil, grease, dust, loose particles and previous coating residues. Prepare the  Coating according to the recommended dilution or mixing ratio and apply a uniform layer using the appropriate method, such as spraying, brushing or dipping.
