ADAL TABLET

Product Overview

An ADAL tablet is a compacted metallic additive used to introduce a specific alloying element into molten aluminium accurately and efficiently.

Depending on the type, ADAL tablets can be made for:

  • Iron (Fe)
  • Manganese (Mn)
  • Copper (Cu)
  • Titanium (Ti)
  • Chromium (Cr)
  • Other alloying additions

For example, manganese ADAL tablets are used to adjust manganese content in aluminium alloys and can replace conventional Al-Mn master alloy additions.

USAGE INSTRUCTION:-

The quantity of ECO – MGR required will vary according to the amount of magnesium to be removed. In practice 8 – 10 kg MGR should remove 1 kg magnesium from 1000 kgs of molten aluminium with good stirring.

STORAGE:-

  • Keep MGR in its closed packing until used to avoid moisture pickup.
